Owner of Liberty Concrete established in 2003 in Dallas, Oregon.
In 2012 while working at a residential house in Dallas, I watched many women leave the house early in the morning and walk down the street.  Many would leave with a smile on their face only to return with defeat on their face.  After meeting PJ, who was the house director at that time, she shared that the house was a transitional home for women coming out of addictions.  She shared that the women left in the morning to try to find employment.  That was why most of the women would come back with discouragement because they were unable to find a job.  She mentioned that the house budget was always short and that she would go out every month to churches and other community organizations and businesses to help them.  I knew at that moment I wanted to help.  So, we put on our first Golf Tournament.  That was in 2012.  We have continued to do our annual Golf Tournament and with help from our friends and the businesses in our community, Titus 3 House is able to house those women in need. For that I am truly grateful and blessed to be a part of something so important.

CeCe Edwards

House Manager
I’m a mother of 8 wonderful children and four grandchildren. I’m also a woman in long-term sobriety. I hold an associate degree in psychology and social studies. I’ve been working alongside ODHS as a parent mentor for 7 1/2 years covering both Marion and Dallas’s parents, after changing my role now to an alcohol and drug treatment outreach coordinator (ART) for the agency a little over a year and a half ago. My passion for women in Titus House grew rapidly over the years so to become the house manager was the best blessing ever, not only do I have shared experiences, but I have the opportunity to give these women hope when they didn’t have any. I thank God for the Titus 3 House.
